At TshirtExpress (teX), customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date of delivery – no returns, only exchanges.

Defective or damaged product

Incorrect item received
⚠️ Unboxing video is mandatory for all exchange requests. The video must clearly show the package being opened and the issue with the product.
❌ Not Eligible for Exchange:

Worn, washed, or used items

Color differences due to screen lighting

Size issues without proof (unboxing video)

Requests raised after 7 days of delivery
📦 Exchange Conditions:

Product must be in unused, unwashed condition with original tags and packaging

Only one-time exchange per order

Exchange allowed for the same product in a different size only
