7-Day Exchange Policy – TshirtExpress (teX)

At TshirtExpress (teX), customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date of delivery – no returns, only exchanges.

âś… Eligible for Exchange:

  • Wrong size delivered

  • Defective or damaged product

  • Incorrect item received

⚠️ Unboxing video is mandatory for all exchange requests. The video must clearly show the package being opened and the issue with the product.

❌ Not Eligible for Exchange:

  • Worn, washed, or used items

  • Color differences due to screen lighting

  • Size issues without proof (unboxing video)

  • Requests raised after 7 days of delivery

📦 Exchange Conditions:

  • Product must be in unused, unwashed condition with original tags and packaging

  • Only one-time exchange per order

  • Exchange allowed for the same product in a different size only
