  • TshirtExpress does not claim ownership over any third-party references used in parody, meme, or fan-inspired designs.

  • If you are a rights holder and believe any content is used inappropriately, please contact us at support@tshirtexpress.in for prompt removal.

3. Orders & Pricing

  • All prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • Full payment is required at checkout. We reserve the right to update pricing or discontinue products at any time.

4. Shipping

  • Orders are shipped within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping times may vary depending on the location and courier availability.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics.

5. Return & Refund Policy

  • All items are made-to-order. Returns and exchanges are not accepted for sizing or personal preferences.

  • Refunds/replacements are only offered in the case of defective, damaged, or incorrect items — reported within 3 days of delivery with photo proof.
